1) Bhramaram : This new Mohanlal starrer have taken a thunderous opening all across the Kerala and is still doing excellent business in most of the releasing stations. This film have been well appreciated by both the critics as well as the audience. This film directed by Blessey, is a wonderful movie with a simple story, good script, and a great performance from the legend Mohanlal. Trade experts are predicting that this film will end up it's run with a Superhit tag.
2) Ivar Vivahitharayal : This film is now Jayasurya's biggest ever solo hit as the lead actor. Neat Script, Suraj's acting, Songs and lot others are the major plus for the movie. This movie will do good in coming weeks because youth and family love to see the movie. This new film is well placed at the second position.
3) Bhagyadevatha : This film directed by veteran Sathyan Anthicad has been able to hit the proper section of the viewers that it was aiming, family audiences. This film is now declared as a hit film only because of the fact that family audiences just loved watching this movie. This Jayaram starrer is doing good business at some centers.
4) Passenger : This film is the only surprise hit of the year so far. This film that featured Dileep, Sreenivasan and Mamta in the lead get noticed for the freshness in it. This edge of the seat, taut thriller, directed by Ranjith Shankar has been declared a Super hit by the Kerala trade.
5) 2 Harihar Nagar : This film is the only blockbuster of the year so far. Lal's Vishu release, a second part to the yesteryear hit In Harihar Nagar, this film have done some awesome business so far and is still doing brisk business at B centers.
