'Yuvasamraat' Nagarjuna is now 'King'

Nagarjuna, popularly known as 'Yuvasamraat' in the Telugu film industry, is calling himself now as the 'King' of the Telugu film industry. He had debuted into the filmdom on the same day of his father's ( Akkineni Nageshwar Rao ) birthday, through the film titled as Vikram in 1986. But it was RGV's Shiva that give him the look of a typical mass action hero. It was after this movie, he got the subtitle as Yuvasamraat, which he himself have changed into King.

While speaking to his fans he said, “I will be pleased if you all address me as King from now on and not as Yuva Samraat”. Nagarjuna was speaking at the occasion of the audio launch of his new film King. It was at this very same event that Nagarjuna's son NagaChaitanya got introduced to the public. The film King will feature Nagarjuna in the lead role where as Mamta Mohandas and Trisha are playing the female leads in the film.

The audio launch of this high budget movie was attended by some of the great's from the industry like movie’s hero Nagarjuna, Venkatesh, Sumanth, Sushanth, Akkineni Nageswara Rao, K.Raghavendar Rao, Gemini Kiran, A.Nagasuseela, Chinthalapudi Srinivasa Rao, K.L.Narayan, D.Sivaparasad Reddy, Sreenu Vytla, Suneel, Brahmanandam, Venu Madhav, Jaiprakash Reddy, Charan Reddy, D.Sureshbabu, Gopi Mohan, Kona Venkat, Prasad Murella, DeviSri Prasad, Trisha, Mamta Mohandas, Prakash, Varma and Apoorva.

Latest buzz in the industry regarding Nagarjuna is that of about his new film. Presently, the script work of this movie is in progress, which will be produced by producer KL Narayana of Durga Arts. A new director will be introduced with this film which will soon go on to the floors soon. The Durga Arts have earlier made Kshana Kshanam starring Venkatesh and Sridevi, by director Ram Gopal Varma, which was their first movie. Then they made movies like Hello Brother with Nagarjuna and Rakhi with NTR.

Some period before it was heard that Durga Arts are in the working stage of a Mahesh Babu starrer, but later the project got dumbed. Now they are seriously involved in the working stages of this Nagarjuna movie, which they are considering as their dream project. Let's hope this movie from Durga Arts will surely entertain all sorts of audiences in Andhra.
