The Diwali box-office has turned out to be a dump one. Both the Tamil releases are struggling at the Box office, with Aegan emerging as the better of the two. The Ajith starrer is the number one this week, though weekend collections have dropped by an alarming 40 per cent and tickets are available at the counter. While second among the Diwali releases Seval, is turning out to be the years biggest turkey as per it's initial collection reports.
After this debacle, it's a new and refreshing November coming up. November is a good month to release new movies. However, nobody is willing to confirm that they will release on the scheduled day. The only exception is Vaaranum Aayiram, which has confirmed a Nov 14 release. This is the most expected film of the season too.

Nov 14- Vaaranum Aayiram : Surya, Divya, Sameera, Simran, Director- Gautham Vasudeva Menon
Nov 14- Abhiyum Naanum : Prakash Raj, Trisha, Ganesh Venkatraman, Director- Radha Mohan
Nov 21- Perumal : Sundar.C. Namitha, Meenakshi, Director- Vincent Selva
Nov 21- Guru En Aalu : Madhavan. Mamtha, Vivek, Director- Selva
Nov 21- Thenavattu : Jeeva, Poonam Baweja, Director- V.V Kathir
Nov 28- Poo : Srikanth, Parvati, Director- Sasi
Nov 28- Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu : Vishnu, Sarnya Mohan, Director- Susindran.
These all are the dates as per the censor certification, and may get changed. Let's hope, all among the November releases in Kollywood may end up their run in a successful manner.
