Narain, is an upcoming star in both Mollywood as well as Kollywood. Narain, the young talented actor from Mollywood have started his career in Malayalam film industry and later stepped over to Kollywood. He is now rated among the actors, who were considered to be the future of both the industries. Narain's film graph in Tamil is great while in Malayalam it is filled with some up and downs.Narain's last Malayalam venture was Minnaminnikoottam, directed by veteran Kamal. The film was one of the highly anticipated project in the industry, but failed completely to match up with the expectations of the audience. With a career of about 5 years, Narain has done lots of Malayalam films, but out of which only few went on to become hits while others bombed at the box office. Where as in Tamil, all his films so far were bumber hits making him a busy actor in Kollywood.
Now, the breaking news that is relation with Narain is that he is all set to make a come back into Mollywood, through Sathyan Anthikad's new untitled film. The director have already started the shoot of his untitled new film with Jayaram and Kanika in the lead. The shoot is taking place in Allapuzha and Kuttanad areas of Kerala. Venu is the cameraman of this film which has music by Ilayaraja.
The film will feature the story of a farmer and is set against a Christian family background. Narain will have a prominent role in this film, and that's why he have taken up this offer from Mollywood. This is for the second time that Sathyan Anthikad and Narain are joining together, since both have worked together for Achuvinte Amma. Mean while, Narain have completed his latest film in Tamil, Pookada Ravi, which is expected to be an action extravaganza.
