Superstar Mammootty will have another release in this month itself. Ee Pattanathil Bhootham, latest release of Mammootty is doing average business at the releasing stations, while his new film Daddy Cool is now all set to release for this July 30th. This new Malayalam film directed by debutant Ashik Abu was produced by production manager Alvin Antony and Bose Kurian under the banner of Aninya Films and is distributed by Marakkar films.This new Mammootty starrer is said to be another commercial children film from the star in which Mammootty will appear himself as a laidback police officer Antony Simon, who is very fond of his six year old son and likes to play cricket and laze around with him than attending office. Richa Pallod will appear in this film as Mammootty's heroine.
This cool, humorous and thrilling film will also feature others in the cast like Vijayraghavan, Baburaj, and Biju Menon. Eventhough there is only a gap of three weeks between Ee Pattanathil Bhootham and Daddy Cool, later will get a clean three weeks run before Ramzan month, which starts on August 21.
