Tamanna in Vijay's 50th film

Illayathalapathy Vijay is one of the top actors in Tamil film industry. Though his last three films after Pokkiri were not upto the mark, he still enjoys the supreme power of a Superstar. The actor is currently working on his 49th film, Vettaikkaran. Talks are now already started for the Vijay's perstigious 50th film.

It's almost now confirmed that Vijay's 50th film will be produced by Sangili Murugan, the veteran producer who gave him stardom with Fazil’s Kathalikku Mariyadai. This film will be the second one in between the actor and the producer. This yet to be titled film will get started by the end of this year, once Vijay completes his Vettaikkaran.

Earlier, it was stated that the latest sensation of India, Asin might do the lady lead in this new Vijay film but now it's hearing that the milk white beauty as well as the upcoming sensational heroine of south, Tamanna might do that role. Director for Vijay's prestigious 50th film is not yet confirmed and may finalize it by the end of this month itself.

Tamanna, who played the lady lead with actors like Surya, Karthi and Bharath is now all set to play the heroine of Illayathalapathy Vijay, that too in his prestigious 50th film. Tamanna, who have earlier expressed her desire to work with Vijay has now got a chance to fulfil her wish.

Tamanna is now currently busy with Lingusamy’s Karthi starrer Paiyya and Kannan’s Bharath starrer Kanden Kadhalai.
