New Hindi film, New York that features John Abraham, Katrina Kaif, Neil Nitin Mukesh and Irrfan Khan in the lead is now all set to be in theatres worldwide from 26th June 2009. This highly anticipated film was directed by Kabir Khan (Kabool Express fame) and produced by Aditya Chopra, under the banner of Yash Raj Films.
This new film, New York tells the story of three friends whose lives are turned upside down by events that are beyond their control. The main highlight of this movie is that it features the story of friendship set against the larger than life backdrop of a city often described as the centre of the world. Other notable thing is that New York is the first release of Yash Raj Films for this year.
