Vijay, Illayathalapathy of Tamil film industry is now all set to rock his fans worldwide with his latest venture Villu. Villu is is in the action adventure genre, a travel movie that moves fast from the city to the village and then goes abroad. Nayan Thara is the lady lead in this movie. Villu is directed by Prabhu Deva for Ayngaran International and will be released on the 12th of January.For this year's Ponkal, there are lots of films getting ready to be released but the most expected film undoubtedly is Vijay's Villu. There are two major reasons for that, first is, ofcourse the 'mass hero factor' of Vijay and the other one is the reunion of hit duo Prabhu Deva - Vijay after the Megahit film Pokkiri. This is Prabhu Deva's second film in Tamil, as a director and the first film which features Vijay and Nayan Thara as pairs.
The film is said to have nothing new in the storyline, but the difference is in the packaging and presentation of the film. The treatment, the twists and turns in the story, the comedy, the action and the songs are all considered to be huge plus points of this film. Choreography by Ashok Raj is said to be one of the highlights of the movie. Music by Devi Sri Prasad is also doing well. Another major highlight of the movie is said to be the comedy carried out by Vijay, Vadivel and Nayanthara.
All in all, Vijay's Villu is all set to make a grand opening and a marvelous run at the box office for this year's Ponkal season. According to the crew, the film have shaped up well and now it all belongs to the audience.
