Mohanlal confirmed to act with Kamal Haasan

Atlast, it is confirmed that two of the legendary actors in India - Ulakanayakan Kamal Haasan and Superstar Mohanlal are going to act together. This new film which will feature these two National Award winning actors is a remake of last years Hindi classic A Wednesday which featured Nassaruddin Shah and Anupam Kher in the lead. Earlier it was reported that Mammootty, the other Superstar of Malayalam, is going to co star with Kamal Haasan. But it is confirmed now that it would be Mohan Lal and not Mammootty.

Actual story of this Hindi film deals with a cop getting a phone call from an anonymous person about bombs being planted in different parts of the city. This action packed film was directed by Neeraj Pandey. A thrilling screenplay and edge of the seat narration were the highlights of the film. Kamal Haasan has already started working for his new project and he is is now trying with all possible ways to buy the rights of this hindi film. Also Kamal Haasan is in the last lap of finalizing the director for this remake.

Kamal will play the role enacted by Naseerudeen shah and Mohanlal is expected to do the role of a tough cop, enacted by Anupam Kher, which was earlier planned to do by Mammootty. Actually after the huge success of Dasavatharam, Kamal Haasan was planning to make an epic film called as Marmayogi, but later it got shelved and he changed himself to do a mass masala film titled as Thalaivan Irukkiran. It was heard that Mohanlal will play a vital role in that movie. But the latest news suggests that Thalaivar Irukkiran may too have get shelved.

Let's wait and watch how these two legendary actors are going to share the screen space. It will be surely a visual treat to the fans of both the stars. The film is expected to start it's shoot within a short period of time.
