Gautham Menon, one among the notable directors in South Indian Cinema is currently busy with his two Tamil films, Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa with Simbu and Trisha in the lead and Chennaiyil Oru Mazhakalam with Trisha and few freshers in the lead. Later by this year, he is also supposed to do a Telugu project with the Prince of Tollywood, Mahesh Babu in the lead.Now it's hearing that Gautham Menon is planning for a sequel to his one of the greatest hit ever, Vettaiyadu Vilayadu. It was a spellbinding murder mystery that featured Ulaka nayakan Kamal Hassan and Jyothika in the lead. Vettaiyadu Vilayadu was a superb movie in all manners, and the credits for this must go on to one man, Gautham Menon, director of the film.
As per the reports, Gautham Menon is currently working on the script part, which is expected to be much more stylish and striking than the original. As of now, it's hearing that Jyothika won't be in the sequel and the presence of Kamal Hassan too is under doubt since he is busy with his other commitments. Whatever happens, let's hope the sequel too is as good as the prequel..
